Frequently asked questions
What is an E-Cig?
An ecig is most commonly thought of as a unit consisting of 3 parts, a battery, an atomizer, and eliquid. The battery is the portion that powers the atomizer. The Atomizer is the device that heats the eliquid and turns it into vapor, and the eliquid is the substance that contains flavoring and nicotine, if the user desires. Ecigarettes vary from beginner/starter kits such as our Premier and Evod kits with two batteries, two atomizing tanks, spare atomizer coils and a charger, to our more advanced options such as the variable voltage and variable wattage devices and mechanical mods. Choosing an ecig is based on personal preference and vaping needs. Our knowledgeable staff is trained and ready to help you make the best possible choice.
What is Eliquid, and what is in it?
Eliquid is a liquid substance consisting of Propylene Glycol, Vegetable Glycerin, flavorings, and nicotine if the user so chooses to have nicotine. There is no combustion with eliquid, rather it is heated and produces a vapor, thus there is not tar or carcinogens associated with eliquid. People who use eliquid instead of cigarettes essentially have the same benefits of not smoking.
Are Ecigarettes safe?
Yes, since there is no combustion, and only vapor, ecigarettes are much safer than analog cigarettes. All of the ingredients in our eliquid is USP Kosher grade and is of the highest possible quality. Our Eliquid is produced in a NSF grade laboratory to ensure the best possible product.
Is it true that E-Cigs explode?
All of our staff are trained to ensure that everyone has the best possible vape experience. With our most advanced mechanical mods users are encouraged to use high drain batteries with a 30amp limit, thus making for a safe vaping experience. If the wrong battery is used in these high drain applications, venting of the battery could occur. That is why it is best to discuss your vaping needs with one of our Sales Representatives to ensure that your vaping needs are met.
How many flavors do you have?
How long do my coils last?
The length of time between coil changes will vary from person to person. Variables include the type of battery being used, the type of eliquid being used, and the individuals vaping pace and style. The best way to tell if your coil needs to be changed is to trust your palate. If the coil is beginning to show less vapor production, or the flavor has changed since the coil was new, this would then be the appropriate time to change the coil and/or atomizer head.
